Tyrone fabrication in Northern Ireland has been selected as the provider of the Cable Landing Stations (CLS) for IRIS. The houses are assembled in-house from scratch. The station for the Thorlakshofn (í. Þorlákshöfn) landing site in Iceland will be shipped to Iceland beginning of March and will be installed 2-3 weeks later on-site. The station for Galway follows is planned in April.
